I was part of the team that led Aloa's transition from a traditional software development shop into an AI-first consultancy — reshaping service offerings, internal operations, and how we partnered with clients.
This is where I went deep on AI. Built expertise with Claude Code, started building automations, custom skills, and internal tools to automate business operations inside the app. Aloa is where the "non-technical technical AI guy" identity was born.
